hello everyone! i'm back, am kind of busy now a days with work. i just want to share one of my projects last August its a cup sleeves and made of felt.

i used the Starbucks Cup sleeves as my pattern.

A bag and a card

Hello everyone! happy Friday I am back again  to share with you my craft of the day. Last week during our craft meet up i was able to make a small paper bag from the papertrey ink dies. This time i made some decorations and viola, it's now ready for little gifts for family and friends.

I have also made a birthday card for a little girl. Made from Hello Kitty chip board and some from my stash papers. I just run through an embossing folders.

Black and White...

Its my desire to use all cut emblem that is sitting in my craft table. Its really a challenge for me to do that. Any way here is my craft of the day. A black and white card. It's quite boring and sad but then it suits the meaning.

Oh Baby !

Last Monday we have a craft meet up here in Doha. I'm so glad i finally found some ladies who shares with me same passion. Yeah it's been a while since my last post. Ria of Heartforhandmade allow me to explore here Papertreyink die cuts. I so love all of her tools.

This is my first project for the month a Baby Card for a couple who recently receive there Gods Gift. A cutie bundle of joy!

Bills Organizer/Holder

As promised, I am back to show you another project. My first felt project. Early tonight, my housemate and a dear friend Owee is asking me some envelopes to be used as a bill organizer/holder. I told him why not use felt instead. And he likes the idea better.

After few hours while watching the Filipino news online and having chit chats with them  here is what i come up with., made with love for my dear Owee.

Its my day..

Yeah it's definitely my day, not because its my birthday or our anniversary, but simply because i am done with another card while having my morning hot chocolate at my side. Actually I am not sure if this is a wedding card or a birthday card, anyway i think i can use this in either of the two. So here my card for today.

Altered Tin Cans

Hello everyone...I'm back after another long break. Well maybe this time i will be more active since I already stop working and i will be off for a longer vacation back to my very own Philippines.

We all knew that March is the craft month. Yes i know we are already in the middle of the month but then this will not stop me from crafting. I wish I will more productive this time since I really plan to create at least 31 crafts to cover the whole month. Well wish me luck then.

This are some of the tin cans that I recycled to be used as a holder to my pens and scissors. The tin cans is so boring then, so I decided to give a life.

I wrap the tin cans with some colored and design papers, put some embellishments such as ribbons, rik-raks and flowers to make it more attractive and colorful. Viola, my stuff has a new attractive container. Check the picture below.

A Birthday..

Hi there another post for you guys...Two of my colleagues celebrated there birthday last week. I prepared them cards as usual. And i love it when they really did appreciate it.

This first card if for Nelson, it was always a challenging thing to prepare a masculine card. i'm just glad he loves it that way.

Another Birthday card is for Manju, she is from India and she was patiently waiting for her birthday to receive this card...so happy that she likes it. I was kind nervous for i knew she was expecting a beautiful card from me. I hope I made it

Thank You Lord for this talent where I can touch the heart of the people close to me. Lab lab!!!

i have been so quiet for sometime now. a lot of reason there is. well, am trying to pick up pieces in everything. new year has come and i don't want to spend 2011 so boring. i see to it that some how i could keep my blog once in a while. well, i am not a person who keeps new years resolution but i wanna keep something from now on. something that i wanna do..i want my 2011 to be fruitful in every aspect in my life..welcome 2011, with warm hear and hopeful year round.

Soar High

I had a twist and turns of my life in the last few years., It was so fast a lot of things happen in a blink and so.In one point to another I need to give up what i want in life for the better of those people dear to me. I always had a race with time and resources , a lot of things to keep up that I need to shorten those days when I feel sad because I need to be fine. Because I want them to feel that I am.

And in just a month ago I stop working. The company I worked with was affected by the global crisis. They need to downsize the number of there employees, and I was one of those they need to give up.I got a partime job which last for a month.

Todayis the first day to be full jobless...a lot of realization, taking time to stop and decern. A lot of things need organization and attention. But one thing I am sure of , I want to soar high as high as a kite can achieve making all my hearts rightful desire come true..

Thankful..

In our lifes's journey we have a lot of things to be thankful of. The basic needs, the comfort of life.The family that was given to us and the friendship that we share to other people during life's journey.

I am very thankful for having a wonderful family and and a very close knit among the clan, blessed also with wonderful friends whom i consider a family too.

Last year 2009 is a bittersweet year for me. Sweet because It was the year of our church marriage. I for one believe that we need God's blessing in the union of two hearts. After over a year of having our civil rites we finally made a step of commiting ourselve in the fullness of the Lord.

It was then a painful year for i lost two special people in my life. A grandfather and my beloved mother. Both are inspiration to me. They are both my mento into the journey that we all call life. They are the living example of God's unconditional LOVE. They are both selfless for the family.

Lossing them both in a span of three months was not an easy journey to me.It was one my life's twist. I got lost for a while, but then i was THANKFUL to have wonderful people who stood with me all throughout. I don't need to enumerate them for they know who they are. To all of you Thanks so much!!!

I have made this cards to send them. In making this cards i realize how beautiful life is...and it makes me more Thankful each and evryday i live.

Remembering Lolo ...

Today i start my day with a mass in remembrance to my life's HERO , my grandfather..You are gone but our memmories will always be in my heart forever. I miss you so much lolo and thank you for your love and care..love you always

Thankful

In few hours from now i will celebrate my natal day...I'm Thaknful to the God above for the gift of life. Thanks to my angel mother and and papa for nurturing love and life...

There's so much to be thankful ....Though this is a bittersweet birthday for this is the first birthday that i won't be able to hear the greeetings of two wonderful people who's always been in my 33 years, celebrates my birthday with so much love and affection.


To my Lolo Ping2 & Mama Luming thanks so much for the 33 years of love, life, inspiration and happiness...Wherever you are now you will always be remembered with love. As I turn 34, it will surely be a different me...
